Well Rollins kicks some serious ass, as he always does. The show must of been a sellout, i'd estimate that there was 800+ there easily.

He covered some good points about the US government, loving those you love while you still can, and to stop masturbating when you hit 45 ;) Great great show.. I was a little pissed that no merch was on hand to buy after the show though. There is always next time.

The rest of the weekend was quite lax. Had dinner out, which was nothing to write home about. Watched some TV for once which was nice.. and played more World of Warcraft. Ugh. I am so addicted to this game. I need help. Yes there it is I'm officially asking for help. So if you have some gold to spare you can send it to my character on Earthen Ring :) ok ok ok just kidding.

I'm counting the minutes until my vacation. I'm not doing a whole lot, but I will have a whole damn week to do it. It will be filled with drunken parties and stupid jokes I'm sure. Still... can't wait.

I can seem to stay focused on the job at hand today. I'm not sure I'm having problems becuase it's Friday, or because I'm leaving on my week long vacation next Friday. I'm thinking probably the latter, but it never hurts when it is Friday.

So far my plans this weekend will include seeing the Henry Rollins show at the U of M this weekend, and an early easter dinner seeing as we won't be here for Easter this year... but will be sitting on a warm beach in Mexico drinking Corona's and relaxing. I *SO* cannot wait to get out of here.

Work was work was work today... nothing much else to say about that. I'm currently waiting for my ride so we can go out for supper. We are heading out for some Pho (a vietnamese noodle soup) which always puts me in a good mood when I'm down. I don't know what it is but I've been almost depressed for the last little while.

Must be the huge volume of snow that we have *still* on the ground. Hope it's gone soon. I need to feel some heat.

So I got into work late this morning as I was here late last night preforming some server maintenance. I hate managing servers here.. everyone wants 24/7 uptime even though the business is only open 12/5.. any request to bring the servers down in the evening or weekends is always greeted with a barrage of "But why?" questions. My reply of.. if you want your data safe, this *NEEDS* to be done are always greeted with doubt.

If you don't trust my opinion, WHY DID YOU HIRE ME!?!? ARGH!

Ok.. venting over.

Managed to play some World of Warcraft last night even though I got home quite late. I can tell that the level 30 to 40 grind is going to be hell. I am just pressing on to get my mount at 40. I have been spending increasingly more time playing my alts though which isn't good. I have run into this problem with all MMORPGs, I'm not tired of the game at all... just the upper level grind. I end up starting many alts just to go through th fun lower 20 levels over and over again. Which means that I can never get to the upper ranks in any guild that I join..

I really have to stop this :)

I'm currently playing a Dwarven hunter on the Earthen Realm server which has been loads and loads of fun. What a great class. I started off as a skinner/leather worker but switched over to mining/engineering a few days ago because engineers are just so damn cool. We'll see how that plays out. Engineering is a little bit too costly currently when I should be saving up the 100 gold for my mount at level 40.

I have 6 more levels of grinding ahead of me first so we'll see what happens.

Today has been.. umm.. interesting to say the least. I've never been so busy yet so not busy at the same time. OK, as if that made any sense. Let me rephrase that. Never has my brain been so taxed but my body so limp. Well other then sounding gross, that about sums it up.

I work a generic nameless technology entity. My day to day deals with helping users deal with their computer illiteracies, which usually involves me hand holding them while they click "file -> Print" ugh.

I also manage some servers and do some web work. yay.. Most of the joy in my day to day has been replaced with an urge to just make it to quitting time where I can just go home and veg out. Today has been like that. Oh except for the fact that I will have to be here till 10pm tonight to work on a server.

So much for going home, disconnecting my brain, and playing me some World of Warcraft. Ahh well.. such is the life of a working stiff.

I guess that iw ill leave it like that. I will chat more and more about the 'generic nameless technology entity' that I work at in time. Don't want to tell all the comedy gold in 1 post now.

Oh.. and the auto-sensing music in Semagic is annoying.. It actually posted that i was listening to the new J-Lo single in my last post.. ugh. Damn skeletons are already flying out of the closet!! :)
